How the process works

We review your details – we’ll look at your trade/role, experience, etc.
We get back to you – usually by email or phone, to answer questions and see if this makes sense for both sides.
Intro chat or info session – if it looks like a fit, we’ll set up a short call or in-person meeting.
Formation meetings – if you’re keen to proceed, you’ll be invited to join early group meetings where we shape the co‑op together.

There’s no obligation at any stage until you choose to commit.
